Fast Shipping Policy

Next-day dispatch is available only for orders containing non-personalised fast-shipping items. 

Fast shipping is also available on select personalised products, which ship within 5 business days, with an additional delivery window of 3–5 business days.

To ensure next-day dispatch:

• Your order must include only non-personalised fast-shipping items.
• If you wish to order both non-personalised and personalised items, we recommend placing two separate orders.
• If any item in the order has a longer delivery timeline, the entire order will be shipped according to the longest timeline.

We recommend checking each product for its fast shipping eligibility to ensure your gifts arrive on time.

Business days are Monday to Friday 11 am to 6pm (not including any national holidays)
